How do I book or make a reservation?


Booking & making a reservation is easy. You can book on-line to receive our on-line discount or call our office on (toll free from the USA) 1-866-231-3752 or (internationally) +1 415 357 0700. We require a valid credit card to hold all phone & internet reservations.

How do I pay for my tour?


If you are reserving your tour on-line, your credit card will be charged. Reservations by phone require a credit card to hold your seat(s). If you choose to pay by credit card over the phone there is a $2 per person service fee. No service fees are charged on internet reservations. Cash can only be paid directly to our tour guide on our Yosemite & Giant Sequoias 1 day Tour, & our Redwoods & Wine Country 1 day tour. You can also come to our dispatch office prior to the tour departure date and pay cash directly.

What credit cards do you accept?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover credit cards. We also accept Debit cards with any of these symbols.

Yes, we do accept valid & properly signed Travelers Checks as a substitute for cash payments.

Can I cancel my reservations?


Yes, cancellations must be made 72 hrs before trip departure to get partial refund. Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Private Charters require 2 weeks notice for changes or cancellations.

Where do your tours pick up from?


Yosemite & Giant Sequoias - All San Francisco Downtown, Civic Center and Fisherman's Wharf Hotels, West Oakland BART Station (1451 7th Street), and Dublin/Pleasanton BART station (5801 Owens Dr., Pleasanton).

Yosemite 1 day Bus pick up from the Best Western Tuscan Inn, Hilton Towers Hotel, The Marriott Oakland & Denny's Pleasanton

Yosemite 2 day & 3 day tours pick up from the Best Western Tuscan Inn, Hilton Towers Hotel, The Marriott Oakland & Denny's Pleasanton (in the Summer). All San Francisco Downtown, Civic Center & Fisherman's Wharf Hotels, West Oakland BART Station (1451 7th Street), & Dublin/Pleasanton BART station (in the Winter) (5801 Owens Dr., Pleasanton).

How do I get on your tour from the East Bay?


Take BART and meet us at the Parc 55 hotel, located across the street from the Powell station.

How do I get on your tour from the Peninsula or San Jose?


From the Peninsula or San Jose take Cal Train and meet us at the 4th Street Station. We will meet you next to the taxi stand on Townsend Street.

Where do I wait to get picked up from Dublin/Pleasanton BART station?


Please wait in the taxi pick up and drop off area on the Pleasanton side of the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station (5801 Owens Dr., Pleasanton). When exiting the station, take a right turn to the taxi pickup and drop off area. If you are driving, please park your car and wait at this spot as it is difficult to see you if you wait in your car. There are two parking lots. The closest lot is the EAST side parking lot.

Where do I wait to get picked up from The Oakland BART station?


At the West Oakland BART station (1451 7th Street), please wait by the bus stop area. When exiting the station, take the left exit. If you are driving, please park your car and wait at this spot as it is difficult to see you if you wait in your car.

How do I get on your tour from a San Francisco Airport Hotel?


We recommend taking the BART to Powell BART station. Above this station is the Renaissance Parc 55 hotel. We can pick you up from there. If you are leaving early on our Yosemite & Giant Sequoias tour, we recommend a pick up from West Oakland BART (1451 7th Street) which has a later pick up time and a direct train from the Millbrae BART station (200 North Rollins Road).

What should I wear?


Layered clothing is the best so you will be prepared for all types of weather conditions. In the summer Yosemite will be very hot and the coldest you will be is in San Francisco in the morning. See our Travel Resources page for Yosemite and San Francisco weather conditions.

Yosemite tours in the winter can be very cold because of the high eleveation, so just be sure to dress warm for your Winter Yosemite Tours because it's more enjoyable when you're warm. Click the button below for more information about Winter Yosemite Tours.

Can jogging shoes or sandals be worn for the Yosemite Tour?


We recommend comfortable walking shoes for all our tours. Sandals would have to be hiking sandals not beach sandals especially for our Yosemite tour.

The Yosemite and Giant Sequois tour will possibly include a short hike down a hill and then back up. The Yosemite hills can be tedious so it's reccomended that you wear tennis shoes in Yosemite National Park versous finer dress shoes.
